Mole, Cyst and Keloid excisions

At Dermacos we treat any uneven growth on your skin including, scars, moles or cysts on any part of your body. The surgery required is very minimal and without scarring, but this procedure can change your confidence and look dramatically. We make sure that the mole or cyst is righty targeted with the necessary precautions not to harm the skin in any way.

Dermacos is committed to strict hygienic procedures, which ensure the complete safety of the patient with maximum results.

Any excision should be done with precision, cutting any deeper that what is required will result in unsightly scars, which might make the cure worse than the disease in the first place. The results from mole removal are extremely good, especially if they were hindering the true beauty to come forth.

Also our targeted approach gives no room for error and  post-removal scarring. We make sure that all our equipment is following the strict guidelines and are completely sterilized. Most moles, cysts or any excessive growth can be removed carefully by a scalpel, but there are instances where we need to use lasers. Lasers are most effective when the mole or cyst is superficial and not very deep into the skin. When the mole is lodged deep within the upper layer, then we need to use a fine scalpel to remove the wart, mole or cyst.  Laser light does not penetrate deep into the skin, so the best way to treat deep-rooted growths is by using a traditional scalpel. The excision will depend on the depth and size of the growth. Also the kind of result that the patient expects from the removal.

Not all moles are of the same type, some of them are not birth defects or genetic defects, hemangiomas and keratoses.  There are very few cases where there are birth defects and are considered to be just anomalies of the skin. Sometimes the growth comes up later in life and not from birth which could be due to excess exposure to sun or other work conditions. These growths may be atypical or dysplastic and may need a different treatment altogether. Some moles can be dysplastic.
