At Dermacos we begin by cleansing the area and applying a numbing medicine. We use a sterilized short injection and administer a number of injections in a continuous series. These injections may vary in the depth of penetration and will range anywhere from 1 mm to 4mm depending on the type of treatment we are offering. Also we take extra precaution to see that the angle of the needle is in the right position. The quantity of medicine into your skin is very minute and we will immediately know if there is a skin reaction, so that we can take the next best course of action.
Mesotherapy needs several sittings to actually get the desired effect. In most cases we see that you might need 5-10 sittings at least, once every week. Slowly the frequency of the procedure will reduce to just once or twice a month.
